Lose your F in Attitude
 
You should be beginning to be speedo and bikini worthy soon!
Here is what we are working on this week.. if you need to make it "seven or eight weeks" to a speedo body THIS is the week you want to focus on staying with more...

Increase fluids
Increase veggies and fruits
LUNGE! BALANCE!  You've got get those legs ready and the core in shape even more...

Here is what you'll need to do - 
Focus on lunges to help you tighten those buns, legs and strengthen back and abs.

This is a two for one; the left is your beginning position OR your only position to begin - legs are not as far apart as other warriors. To add a little strength, lower yourself and don't let your knee go over the shoe/toe area.. but stay bent for a few seconds and switch front foot. Repeat a few times. Your feel your speedo-covered tush screaming for a rest!

A traditional beginner warrior; arms out, tuck the tush in and balance for about three minutes. Relax and then place the other foot in front...repeat!

    "Twisted Guru" was a name people tagged me when I had my yoga, fitness and arts studio years ago, because  I was quite untraditional in how I taught and connected with folks, yet they found that the responded best with me. 
    The name was so comfortable to me that when I opened a second studio, I called it that!  With my studio's I could reach only so many people; with my books and mostly, my wellness blog community - I can reach many more and help promote others in wellness on the same mission -- to reach people and empower them with health.
