Salad, salad and more salad. 06/16/2011
From lettuce to fruit, this is the season to enjoy salads. If you have any digestive issues (check your tongue, is it covered in a white film? Then you may) go easy on the crunchy stuff and stick to cooked salads and fruit salads. Salads in summer are important because not only are they closer to your natural food sources and not processed, but they are often higher in water content - important during steamy hot days.
