Michele is grateful for clubs and organizations that read Fattitude. Not in a book club or group of sort? Grab some work mates, some relatives or friends, and there you go, you've got a group!  Big or small, send a photo of your group, each holding the Fattitude book!  
If your group is chosen, Michele will come TO your home with assistants, and bring a home cooked meal and Fattitude friendly snacks! She'll hang out a couple of hours and mingle with the group, sharing and listening, and enjoying the making of new friends. 

Just for ENTERING, EVERY group or club will  be invited to a reader only fall party hosted by Michele!

Book Group/Club Discussion Questions


Chapter One/Intro1. The quote starting out the first chapter. Why do you think this quote was chosen?  How do you see this quote relating to weight and/or conditions that may plague you?


2.  Why do you feel that Michele is not interested in focusing on nurturing the reader, as she outlines?


3.  Why does Michele feel that people who were formerly battling with weight for most of their lives may not make the best wellness coaches? Although, they may for some, what are the points Michele brings up to the reader?
