NEW! Share your Fattitude Experience!
October through December Celebrations
Share at any stage you are in, and celebrate losing your Fattitude or on the road to losing your Fattitude!
Let's Celebrate YOU!
The celebrations page, here, is where I will post some input from various groups & individuals that are on the fattitude program. You can anonymously input your info, and if you wish, add your name (that is not required).
I've been running into people who have been on the program and love to share their successes as well as some of the tips for overcoming some of the more challenging aspects. This venue is perfect to share.
Let people know where you are, what you are doing and share the program with readers! Some people may opt to send me before, during and after photos of themselves as well. Send those with your name to info@Michelepaiva.com
Let the Fattitude Celebrations begin! Get a head start on your new year!
"I find it very relaxing to try to tune things out, but I think I might have to pen up the dog next time because she comes up to sniff around to make sure I am o.k. which was distracting. :) lol It was a great relaxation technique though."

"After I returned from a Saturday breakfast, where I felt the need to have Hollandaise sauce with my eggs, F-in-attitude came along to rescue me!
I have read the first 120 pages of the book in about two hours. Although I am a fast reader I am sure I will be going over it and highlighting parts that deal with my own personal blocks.
I have read a ton of dieting books,& they usually have lots of charts in them & are boring as hell! I usually just end up skimming them. This one is honestly different and is forcing me to look at WHY I eat the way that I am eating. It is not giving me some new "eating protocol" to follow.
I am really liking the beginning of the book. What will she say next??" ~KS

My favorite Fattitude Approved Snack is raisins. They are very cheap & very tasty! at Shady Maple Grocery Store I found huge 2 pound bulk bags of big juicy raisins $3.50!
I used to give raisins to my toddlers as snacks but hen I was discouraged when I read that they were high in sugar and promoted tooth decay. This may be true to some degree but as long as I brush and floss, I should be fine!
I did my own research & found out that 100 grams of raisins contains 79 grams of carbs, 59 grams of sugar but they also have a lot of iron, vitamin K and magnesium, phosphorus and potassium!
Years ago there is NO WAY you could have gotten me to eat something this high in Carbs. That is literally two weeks worth of Carbs on the Atkin's or South Beach diets. I am approaching this program with an open mind and trying to forget everything I learned about dieting prior to Fattitude. I am wondering if there are any other dried fruits that Michele would recommend to us.
*Note from Michele: All dried and fresh fruits are fine... carbs are moot, and although it is higher in sugar, it is a natural sugar, like honey... not a big deal if you are eating balanced meals or are not diabetic. I never concern myself with sugars or calories.. and if you recall in the pre-phase portion of the book, nor should you! Skinny people don't count grams/carbs!
Also, ANY food can create tooth decay; according to research milk products cause most decay as do meat products... anything that spoils easily and breaks down, can most quickly cause decay.
