Join me on July 17th from 11-3 at QVC Studio Park where I'll be joining the Top Dead Center Motor Club to help "Drive out Hunger" in Chester County, PA.
Where: West Chester PA, QVC Studio Park (follow signs once within park for show)
What: Car show and competition
What I'll be doing (besides drooling over amazing vehicles); I'll be handing out flyers that help individuals to prevent and remedy back, shoulder and knee injuries as well as signing autographed photos for anyone who wishes...
What YOU can do: Bring non-perishable, non-expired food items. Proceeds and food items will benefit Chester County Food Pantry.

June 22nd: Radio interview with host Lorraine Ranalli.
July 3rd: (8 AM) Book Signing and Free Stress Reduction workshop, Marsh Creek
July 10th (Noon) Private Lunch with book signing for registrants at Noon and then open book signing at 1:15 at Tony Luke's in Philadelphia (CLICK HERE FOR FORM!)

July 11th 8:30 A.M., Complimentary Stress Reduction workshop and Q and A on wellness, hosted by Judy Davidson of JJ Elephant in Chester Springs.
We'll be outside, weather permitting, so bring a towel to sit on. Parking across the street in the farmer field, and meet us in the back by the stream and wooden bridge, and after, let's enjoy tea inside!

Very excited!Will be signing books, discussing wellness and helping choreograph a show to be seen that evening.
